A 1:1 transformative and therapeutic coaching journey to build presence, deepen awareness, and learn to embody what you care about.

Do you sometimes feel you’re living life away from your body? We can all too easily ‘get stuck in our heads’ and live out life there. Do you wonder that if you were in a relationship with more of your whole self, you could lead a more fulfilling and grounded life?

Maybe you’re moving through a professional or personal transition and want some support? You’re frustrated that you often return to the same patterns that keep you stuck. You’re fed up by-passing what’s uncomfortable and you long to bring your whole self to the table.

Perhaps you’ve worked with someone and talked - yet there remains part of you that is undiscovered. Maybe you can see where you want to go, but lack the commitment or motivation to take the meaningful actions that will take you forward. 

You feel that if you really learned to live from your intuition, your centre, exciting possibilities would open for you. You sense there’s a deeper journey for you and you want someone to lean into, be accountable to, and to ‘walk with’ while you move through change.

LIVING WITH PRESENCE

You need a space where you can feel seen, valued and supported. A safe place to explore and learn how to make choices and take actions from a grounded and centred place. Somewhere where you can show up with uncomfortable feelings and work through what’s challenging.

I’ll walk beside you in your exploration. I’ll support you to use the wisdom in your body to tune in to a more profound sense of self and of your place and purpose in the world. Along the way I’ll be your thought-partner and sounding board, and I’ll help you discover practices and take actions that will make a real difference to how you show up in your daily life. 

HOW IT WORKS

• We start with a complimentary conversation and see if we are a good fit.

• We’ll agree to an arc of sessions over which we map a commitment to practice and your outcomes. I recommend a minimum of 3 months to begin to embody new behaviours.

• Sessions are 50 minutes.

• We work either on Zoom/Google Meet or in person at my home in Twickenham. We’ll agree on practice between sessions and a weekly check-in on your process over text or voice message.

6 x 50 min sessions: £495 12 sessions: £975 Stand alone session: £85

Jump in and commit to a period of exploration, observation and practice. During the sessions you’ll work with commitments and homework and I’ll support you with material for your learning. I suggest the first few sessions are weekly though you can organise also fortnightly or monthly to suit.
